mostly positiveMay 12, 2008 The stroller is very easy to handle an manuver. The storage compartment on the handle is very handy. Getting the child in and out is easy.
Only negitive is the wheel base is very wide. Getting it in and out of the trunk of the car can be difficult.
great stroller, on kid #2 with no problemsJan 04, 2008 This stroller has been great, my wife can operate it easily and get it in & out of her van without a problem. We're using it on kiddy#2, and 4 years later it is rolling along without a problem and still looks great.

Easy, one handed folding!Jan 02, 2008 I love this stroller! I've had it for 25 months now and believe me, it has taken a beating. It easily folds with the baby on one hip & with only one free hand. It fits easily into the trunk of my Saturn sedan. I couldn't ask for a better stroller.

This stroller has some defects.Jan 02, 2008 This stroller has pieces on it that crack very easily. According to one of the reviews on here, I had the same problem with that piece also. But the biggest complaint that I have is the piece that the parents hold onto to stroll your child. This piece is extremely uncomfortable. Other than those couple of pieces on it, there customer service is not very friendly. The pros are the fantastic design where my baby is in place and also the place where the head goes is very stable for babies' heads. Overall, I was satisfied from this product but I would not buy the same one if I had to do it all over.

Wheel assemblies break easily - replacements are very slow to arriveMay 10, 2006 I've had a Graco Quattro stroller for 18 months and have just had to order a replacement front wheel assembly for the second time. The plastic piece that connects the front wheels to the metal frame cracks easily. Graco charges more than $25 to ship you a replacement. The first time the wheel assembly cracked it took almost a month for the replacement part to arrive. This time they tell me it could take almost two months. They tell me that this is because the parts come from Asia - they had no satisfactory answer when I asked why they could not anticipate demand and keep them in stock. This is highly unsatisfactory, especially considering the cost of the stroller. I will not be buying any Graco products again and would not recommend them.
